How we handle applications, inquiries and the information you share with Andersen.
Andersen Talent — Privacy Notice

Andersen Talent LLC (“Andersen,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose and retain personal information when you visit our website, contact us or apply for talent management.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, location, professional interests and experience, portfolio links, goals, inquiry details and any other information you choose to submit. Application forms may request your date of birth to determine the appropriate application process. Optional fields are identified on the relevant form.
Parents and guardians. A parent or guardian may initially contact us using only their own contact details. If further information about a child is appropriate, we will explain the requirements and obtain any necessary authorization before collecting it.
Website and security information. Our hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, session data and information used to maintain website security and prevent misuse.
Professional information. We may review publicly available professional material you identify in an application or provide to us, and information supplied by an authorized professional contact.
Please do not submit identity documents, medical or financial records, or another person's private information through general application or contact forms unless we have specifically requested it through an appropriate secure process.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to assess applications, respond to inquiries, arrange meetings, manage correspondence and follow-up, protect our services, maintain appropriate business records and comply with legal obligations. Application decisions involve human review; we do not use automated systems to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
We do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or add applicants to marketing lists without a separate appropriate choice. Submission of a portfolio or application does not authorize public display or commercial use of that material.
Where applicable law requires a specific legal basis, we process information as necessary to respond to your request, pursue legitimate business interests where permitted, comply with legal obligations or act with consent where required.
3. When information is disclosed
We disclose information to authorized personnel and service providers who assist with hosting, database storage, security and business communications. Our principal service providers include Vercel, Supabase and Google Workspace. They may engage their own subprocessors under applicable arrangements.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or with your authorization for a particular professional purpose. We do not routinely share private applications with prospective business partners.
4. International processing
Andersen Talent LLC is based in the United States. Our application database is hosted in the United States. Vercel Inc. provides website hosting, Supabase Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) provides database services, and Google Workspace provides business communications. Provider support, security and delivery operations may involve additional countries. Their current processing arrangements and subprocessors are described by Vercel, Supabase and Google Workspace.
These services transmit, store and make information available to authorized personnel only for the purposes described above and for the applicable retention period below. We use access restrictions, multi-factor authentication for staff, encrypted connections and service-provider data-processing obligations to protect it. Foreign laws may permit access by public authorities and may provide different protections from the laws where you live.
For ordinary applications and inquiries from Brazil and Ukraine, we request a separate, specific consent to international transfers before submission. You may decline or withdraw it by emailing privacy@andersentalent.com. Because our company and application systems operate internationally, declining or withdrawing may prevent us from continuing your application or inquiry. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully performed or records we must lawfully preserve. Exercising a privacy right does not require application-processing or transfer consent. We process those requests to meet our legal obligations and protect your rights.
5. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, subject to applicable law and legitimate preservation obligations.
Our ordinary retention periods for initial inquiries and applications are:
- Unsuccessful or withdrawn applications: up to 12 months following the final decision or withdrawal.
- Preliminary parent or guardian inquiries: ordinarily up to 90 days after the last relevant activity if the inquiry does not proceed.
- Closed general or business inquiries: ordinarily up to 180 days after closure or the last relevant activity.
Records relevant to an ongoing matter, legal obligation or dispute may be kept longer when lawful. Security records and protected backups follow appropriate operational retention schedules; deletion from active systems may not immediately remove every backup copy.
6. Children and young people
We consider talent of different ages, but the information we may collect and the method of applying depend on applicable law. If an application requires parental or guardian involvement, we will explain the process before requesting the child's personal information.
Parents and guardians should not include a child's identifying information in an initial general inquiry. Any later collection requiring verified parental consent or authority will be handled through a separate process.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses technology necessary for delivery, security and authorized account access. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising. Our service providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, request access or a copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or exercise other applicable rights. You may also withdraw an application.
To make a request, email privacy@andersentalent.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity or legal authority before responding. We respond within the time required by applicable law. If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response. Where applicable, you may also contact the appropriate privacy or consumer protection authority.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
9. Security and updates
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse and loss.
We may update this notice as our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.

These provisions supplement the Andersen Talent Privacy Notice. Andersen Talent LLC is responsible for the processing described in that notice. Our mailing address is 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@andersentalent.com. A country's mandatory protections prevail over an inconsistent provision of our notices or terms.
Please identify the request and the information concerned. We may seek proportionate evidence of identity or authority before disclosing, correcting or deleting a record. Do not send identity documents with an initial email. We will explain any necessary verification and provide a suitable method. We do not charge merely for receiving a privacy request.
United States
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, provide a copy, or explain its use and disclosure. Where applicable law grants additional rights, including rights exercisable through an authorized agent, we honor those rights subject to lawful exceptions.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing. We do not condition an application on permission for those activities.
If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response or contacting the privacy address above. We will explain the decision and provide the applicable complaint route where required. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Applicable legal deadlines and remedies are unaffected.
Canada — English
You may request access to your personal information, information about its use and disclosure, and correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. You may challenge our handling of your information or withdraw consent, subject to lawful restrictions and reasonable notice where permitted. Withdrawal may prevent us from continuing a review that requires the information; it does not authorize unrelated continued use.
Our privacy contact is responsible for receiving requests and complaints at privacy@andersentalent.com. Where PIPEDA applies, we respond to access requests within 30 calendar days, unless a permitted extension applies. If an extension is necessary, we provide the required notice and complaint information. Applicable provincial rights, deadlines and remedies remain available.
We use service providers outside Canada, including in the United States. Information processed abroad may be accessible to courts, law enforcement or other authorities under the laws of those locations. We remain accountable for processing on our behalf as required by applicable law. You may ask about our providers, processing locations and safeguards.
You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the applicable provincial privacy authority, including the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the information and privacy commissioners of Alberta or British Columbia.

A candidatura não autoriza publicidade, uso comercial do portfólio ou inclusão em listas de marketing. No primeiro contato relativo a uma criança ou adolescente, forneça apenas os dados do adulto responsável. Não envie documentos, fotografias ou dados identificadores da criança por esse canal.

La autorización para evaluar una candidatura o responder una consulta no autoriza publicidad ni divulgación del expediente a socios comerciales. No es obligatorio responder preguntas sobre datos sensibles o datos de niños, niñas o adolescentes. El contacto inicial de un padre, madre o representante debe contener únicamente sus propios datos; no envíe información identificadora del menor mediante ese contacto.

India
You may contact privacy@andersentalent.com about the handling of your information, request correction of information you supplied, withdraw consent where processing depends on it, or make a privacy complaint. Withdrawal may prevent us from continuing the service that requires the information. We will explain any lawful retention requirement and applicable complaint procedure.
Do not provide passwords, financial credentials, medical records, biometric information or other sensitive personal information through the general application or inquiry forms. An initial inquiry by a parent or guardian should contain only the adult's own details.
Mandatory rights and safeguards apply according to the provisions in force when the processing occurs. Nothing in these terms waives a statutory right or substitutes an acknowledgment of a privacy notice for consent where consent is legally required.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland
You may request access to and correction or erasure of your personal information, restriction of processing, and a portable copy where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law.
We use the information you submit to take steps at your request before a possible management relationship, respond to your inquiry, and pursue our legitimate interests in reviewing talent and protecting the service, where those bases apply. We rely on consent when required by applicable law and on legal obligations when responding to privacy requests. Required form fields are needed to assess or respond to the request; without them we may be unable to proceed.
Andersen Talent LLC receives applications in the United States. Service providers may process information in other countries as described in the Privacy Notice. Where a subsequent transfer requires safeguards under applicable law, we use the relevant contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may request information about the safeguards applicable to your information at privacy@andersentalent.com.
You may complain to the data protection authority where you live or work in the EEA, the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom, or the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner in Switzerland, as applicable. You do not need to contact us before exercising that right.
