Andersen Talent — Website and Application Terms
Effective date: November 1, 2026
These terms govern use of the Andersen Talent website and the submission of applications and inquiries to Andersen Talent LLC (“Andersen,” “we,” “us”).
1. Website use
You may use the website for lawful personal and professional purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, impersonate another person, or submit material you do not have permission to share.
Information on the website describes Andersen's approach and services. It is not a guarantee of representation, employment, a booking, income, professional success or a particular opportunity.
2. Applications and inquiries
Applying to Andersen is free. An application or inquiry is an invitation for us to consider your information and, where appropriate, contact you. It does not create a client relationship, representation agreement, employment relationship, agency appointment, obligation to accept work, or obligation to pay any fee.
We may request further information, invite a discussion, decline an application or close an inquiry. Any representation or other commercial arrangement requires a separate written agreement, signed by the appropriate parties.
Please provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current. Do not send government identification, medical records, financial credentials, confidential information belonging to another person, or other sensitive material unless expressly requested through an appropriate secure process.
3. Applications involving young people
An applicant may submit information independently only where permitted by the applicable application process and law. If parental or guardian involvement is required, the parent or guardian should use the designated process and provide only their own information initially.
Do not include a child's identifying information in a general inquiry or preliminary parent-contact form. Where necessary, we will provide separate notice and obtain the required authorization before collecting further information about the child.
An initial application does not constitute parental consent, a child's agreement to representation, or permission for a child to perform professional work.
4. Your materials and intellectual property
You retain ownership of materials you provide, subject to any third-party rights. By submitting information, you authorize Andersen to review it and use it as reasonably necessary to consider and respond to your request, subject to our Privacy Notice.
Submission does not grant Andersen any right to publish, advertise with, license or commercially exploit your name, image, voice, content or work. Such uses require separate permission where applicable.
Website content, branding and original materials are owned by Andersen or their respective rights holders. You may share links to our public pages but may not reproduce protected content or imply our endorsement without permission.
5. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Notice explains how we process personal information. You may contact us about an application or inquiry at hello@andersentalent.com, or make a privacy request at privacy@andersentalent.com.
Submitting an application does not enroll you in marketing communications. You may withdraw your application or request deletion of applicable personal information, subject to legal obligations and our Privacy Notice.
6. Third-party websites
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Andersen does not control their content or privacy practices. Your use of those websites is governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Changes and applicable rights
We may update the website and these terms. Changes take effect prospectively when published unless otherwise stated or required by law. We will not use changes to these terms to take away rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer, privacy or other legal rights.
